Places to see in Paris: Père Lachaise

The Père Lachaise Cemetery is the largest cemetery in the (inner) city of Paris, France. Père Lachaise was established in 1804 and is now one of the most visited cemeteries in the world, because of a very high number of notable persons buried here. Just to name a few, among them are French singer Edith Piaf, Irish novelist Oscar Wilde, American singer Jim Morrison and Polish composer Frédéric Chopin.

Ahh, and there's a VtES card named after the cemetery ..

  1. Interesting fact: Père Lachaise is right around the corner of the R.I.P. (the EC event location).

  2. So shuffling the crypt could mean something totally different during the WoN :)

  3. Google maps shows it as only a few streets away. If it didn't cost 3 pool, and wasn't so terrible, I'd add a copy to a deck for "flavour".
